Calcium-iron cored wire is generally used by domestic and foreign iron and steel enterprises for calcium treatment of low carbon, ultra-low carbon, low silicon steel and pure steel with strict requirements for inclusion morphology and quantity.

As a deoxidizer in molten steel refining, it can not only reduce the plug of nozzle, but also avoid the formation of long strip sulfide inclusions after adding calcium in steel, thus improving the anisotropy of steel. With the help of the wire feeding machine, the liquid steel is quickly input, melting and dissolving in the depth of the liquid steel, which plays the role of deoxidation, desulfurization and inclusion removal. Meanwhile, it can fine-tune the composition, improve the yield of metal and rare earth elements, and ensure the stability of the composition. Reduce the amount of precious elements added, reduce the refining cost.

It is suitable for calcium treatment of molten steel in the refining process outside the furnace. Φ 13 mm suitable for medium and small electric furnace use versatility, Φ 16 mm suitable for big electric furnace.


The conductor
